Piling instructions

Electric heaters

The heater stoves are piled between the resistors in a scattered fashion. A tightly packed stone case will result in overheating of the resistors, which slows down the heating of the sauna and the stones. Scattered piling of the stones is obtained by using rough stones at the bottom and smaller stones at the top of the stone case. The surface stones are placed so that the resistors remain covered.
In electric heaters, it is important to check the position of the thermostat so that it is not set to too high a temperature. The suitable position for each person can be determined after a couple of uses of the sauna.

Wood-fired stoves

The stones are piled in a scattered fashion, placing large stones at the bottom and small stones at the top. The stones are piled up as a small mound. Using scattered piling, the sauna and the stones will heat up quickly and you will enjoy the best steam.
